The apartments are about a 10-minute drive from the beaches between Olbia, Porto Rotondo, and Golfo Aranci, and 20 minutes from Costa Smeralda and San Teodoro.
Are the apartments equipped with air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi?
Yes, absolutely. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi in every room.
Are baby cots/cribs available upon request?
Upon request, we can provide cots for infants (0-1 year) as well as cots/cribs for toddlers (2-4 years).
Is private parking available at the property?
The property features a limited number of private, video-monitored parking spaces. They must be reserved in advance at the following daily rates:
- Cars: €15.00 / day
- Motorbikes: €8.00 / day
Are there bars, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby?
The apartments are located right in the historic center of Olbia, so numerous cafes, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets are just a short walk away.
What is the distance from Olbia airport and port?
- Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport: 3.2 km (~7 min by car / 15 min by bus)
- Port of Olbia: 2 km (~5 min by car / 10 min by bus)
Is it recommended to rent a car in Olbia?
If you are staying for more than 4 days, we highly recommend renting a car so you can freely explore the many beaches and coves in the area that are not accessible by public transport.
Do you offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, luggage storage is available both before check-in and after check-out, and it is completely free of charge.
Is late check-in possible if my flight or ferry arrives late in the evening?
Yes, absolutely. In case of a late arrival, the property may contact you to arrange a smooth and convenient Self Check-in process.
Which are the closest beaches and how can we reach them?
- Pittulongu, Pellicano, Lo Squalo, Bados: accessible via Bus Line 4 departing from Olbia city center.
- Porto Istana: accessible via Bus Line 5 departing from the city center.
Are pets allowed at the property?
